Stonewall Terrace is a 26-unit community residence that will serve low-income, medically vulnerable tenants, including those living with HIV. All units are one-bedroom and rents are currently $850/month. Section 8 and other subsidies will be accepted.

Qualifications for tenancy:

Opened in 1997, Solomon House offers a supportive, stigma-free environment aimed at improving health outcomes. The home is stocked weekly with fresh food, and meals are provided for residents. Offers a communal, safe environment designed to combat isolation. Solomon House is a key component of AVOL Kentucky’s “Housing is Healthcare” initiative, which posits that stable housing is essential for effective HIV treatment and prevention.
